Refund policy

At Choking Device, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our product. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.

Returns

  • Contact us at support@choking-device.com to initiate a return.
  • Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
  • Approved returns may be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned items in original condition, we will process your refund.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds generally reflect in your account within 10–12 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Exchanges

  • We are generally unable to accommodate exchanges due to inventory limitations.

Shipping Costs & Exceptions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report within 30 days with a photo. We will issue a replacement or full refund.

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items returned simply because they are “no longer needed” are not eligible.
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible.
  • Items missing parts or accessories are not eligible.
