Refund policy
At Choking Device, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our product. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your items.
Returns
- Contact us at support@choking-device.com to initiate a return.
- Products must be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Sale or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Approved returns may be refunded minus a 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping costs.
Refunds
- Once we receive your returned items in original condition, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds generally reflect in your account within 10–12 business days, depending on your card issuer.
Exchanges
- We are generally unable to accommodate exchanges due to inventory limitations.
Shipping Costs & Exceptions
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please report within 30 days with a photo. We will issue a replacement or full refund.
Non-Eligible Returns
- Items returned simply because they are “no longer needed” are not eligible.
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling are not eligible.
- Items missing parts or accessories are not eligible.
