At Choking Device, we strive to deliver your choking device quickly, safely, and reliably.
Order Processing Times
Most orders are processed within 24–48 hours.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
In case of high order volume, shipping may be delayed. Customers will be notified via email if significant delays occur.
Estimated Delivery
Estimated delivery to the US is 7–12 days.
Estimated delivery to the HK is 3–4 days.
You will receive a tracking number in your post-purchase email, along with a link to track your shipment.
Packaging & Shipping Methods
All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage.
Orders are shipped via standard ground service.
Primary carrier: FedEx. Alternative carrier: USPS, depending on location.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, before it ships, for a full refund.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with a photo.
We will issue a replacement or full refund.
Replacement items include a pre-paid shipping label to return the original item at no cost.
Multiple Shipments
Occasionally, orders may be split into multiple shipments due to product availability or large orders.
Customers are not charged extra for multiple shipments.
Wrong Items Received
If you receive the wrong product, email us immediately at support@choking-device.com.
We will send the correct item and include a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item.

Payments are processed immediately after order submission.
